  Our method is rooted in the classical principles of Joseph Pilates and the system of his original work "Contrology".  It applies the core principles and repertoire of Pilates with its systematic approach to strengthening the deep core muscles and balancing muscular forces at the joint level. It leads to overall improvements in posture, alignment and functional movement in daily life. Incredibly versatile, our method offers gentle support for those dealing with injury or pain, while also delivering dynamic, challenging work for the advanced practitioners and athletes.  

Founder

Camille Cina, M.S. CPT NCPT RYT

With over two decades of teaching experience, Camille Cina is a seasoned Pilates instructor renowned for her expertise and dedication to the practice. A graduate of the prestigious Masters’ program at the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, Camille's journey into Pilates began as a quest for healing and self-discovery.

Over the years, Camille has studied and participated in workshops with both first and second-generation Pilates teachers. Notable mentors include Amy Taylor Alpers and her sister Rachel Taylor Segel, Michele Larsson, Mary Bowen, Ron Fletcher, Lolita San Miguel, Kathy Ross Nash, Kathy Grant, and Leslie Powell. Camille continues to deepen her practice and expand her knowledge to ensure that the archival work of Joseph Pilates remains vibrant and relevant within today’s evolving movement principles.

Drawing from the principles of Joseph Pilates' Contrology method, she seamlessly integrates whole-body awareness and precise movement techniques into her classes. Camille's teaching style is a harmonious journey utilizing the classical system while integrating Kinetic movement patterns and Somatic body awareness. 

Known for her mindful connections and holistic approach, Camille's classes are designed to accommodate students of all body types and experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Camille provides a supportive environment where you can explore and deepen your Pilates practice.

Small Group Classes

Our intimate classes allow up to 6 participants, providing personalized instruction to ensure students build a strong foundation in controlled, precise movements while building strength, flexibility and posture.  Our pilates practice is achieved utilizing the classical Contrology equipment. Reformers, wall towers, wunda chairs, arm chairs, and spine correctors will be utilized during sessions.

Classes: 50 minutes

Private & Duet Sessions

Pilates Private sessions are one-on-one with a professional pilates teacher, providing personalized feedback and work tailored to your specific needs and goals, such as injury recovery or athletic performance enhancement.  These sessions are also wonderful for students who have limited mobility, balance, control and body awareness.

Duet sessions involves 2 clients and one fully certified teacher, sharing the benefits of personalized attention, increased motivation, and tailored to specific needs to each individual.

Consultation

New to Pilates? This initial meeting and workout between a new student and founder acts as crucial first steps in a students’ Pilates journey. This is to ensure a safe, effective and tailored approach to the individual’s needs and goals. 

Strongly suggested for anybody new to the Pilates method and or students who have mobility limitations. 

Professional athletes will gain added balance, power, mobility and core dynamics with individual tailored sessions.
